3. Deliveries are made every day before noon.

4. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs do not include customs fees: these remain your responsibility in the country of delivery.

5. If we are unable to ship on time, we will always notify you in advance. If we do not inform you in time, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge. In this case, we will reimburse you within 30 days of cancellation.

6. Your order is always shipped at our risk, so you never have to worry about losing your goods. The return of goods that you return to us within 14 days of purchase because you do not wish to keep them is always at your own risk. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personal nature.

7.
